First bloom of the season on the Sasanqua Camellia. The large number of buds promise many more blooms will follow. This is a nice birthday present.

I like this Sasanquah photo better than the one posted 1/18/06. You didn't know that I was paying that much attention, did you? Your photos are tecnically superior, but your decisions on what makes a good subject and what makes up good composition are to be applauded. Keep up the good work. Tom
