The Socastee swing bridge over the Intracoastal Waterway was built in 1935 and refurbished in 2003.Having waited in a car many times for this bridge to open and close, I have wanted to see the bridge in operation from a different perspective. Yesterday, I finally got to see it up close and made this video.
